7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and impact, particularly in mobile app experiences. Proven ability to lead design direction for large, complex product areas and deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong UX and visual design skills, with a track record of solving ambiguous problems with clarity and elegance. Advanced prototyping skills, with the ability to communicate complex interactions and ideas effectively. Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making at a team or organizational level. Strong systems thinking, with experience contributing to or evolving design systems at scale. Ability to mentor and elevate other designers through feedback, collaboration, and example. Data-informed mindset, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and research methods, and the ability to apply them in complex environments. Experience designing trading or financial products is a plus.
