Our partner is a fast-growing fintech scale-up operating in the capital and private markets ecosystem. Their mission is to make investment opportunities, which are typically only available to institutional investors, accessible to a much broader audience. They do this by partnering with leading fund managers and building seamless, intuitive investor journeys across onboarding, access, reporting and ongoing management. The company is well-capitalised and scaling quickly, offering a strong opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and work on technology that is reshaping access to private markets.

5-10+ years of experience across DevOps, infrastructure, IT security, cloud or SecOps. Strong AWS experience across core infrastructure and security services. Experience building or managing production infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu. Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, monitoring and governance. Experience with Azure and Entra ID, particularly identity, access and conditional access. Hands-on experience developing or managing security policies and procedures. Experience managing device lifecycles, patching, monitoring and endpoint security. Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash or PowerShell. Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to take ownership across a broad technical environment. Comfortable working independently in a small, experienced team. Experience implementing ISO27001, SOC 2 or similar frameworks is a plus. Experience with AWS Control Tower, SCPs and multi-account governance is a plus. Experience working in fintech, financial services, investment technology or another high-security environment is a plus.
