Their platform integrates and analyses data from ERPs, spreadsheets, and other business systems, transforming raw financial data into clear, actionable insights. By combining a scalable semantic layer with advanced AI agents, they help companies make data-driven decisions without the overhead of a large data or finance team.

Technical Foundations: Python experience for data engineering, backend services, or automation; Experience working with ERP data or financial/business systems; Strong SQL and relational data modelling; Experience with analytical databases; Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation workflows; Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS.
Engineering Practices: Comfortable with Git and pull request workflows; Interest in clean, maintainable, well-tested code; Experience with data quality checks, monitoring, and debugging; Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native development practices; Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
Mindset: Curious, structured, and eager to solve complex data problems; Comfortable with ambiguous requirements and turning them into practical solutions; Fluent German is required; Interest in finance, analytics, AI, or enterprise software; Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of important systems.
