1、负责核心业务模块的架构设计与开发，包括交易、资金账户、风控、等关键服务

2、主导并优化高并发、高可用系统架构设计，具备在百万级请求、亿级数据规模下的性能调优与稳定性保障经验

3、对系统的数据库访问性能、缓存命中率、消息堆积、GC停顿、内存泄漏等问题进行分析和优化

4、推动服务的异步化、分布式化与弹性伸缩设计，提升系统在流量高峰下的稳定性与吞吐能力

5、主导或参与架构升级、服务拆分、模块化改造，提升系统可维护性与扩展性

6、负责复杂业务逻辑建模与数据一致性方案设计，确保业务在高并发场景下的正确性与性能平衡

7、参与系统监控、压测、故障演练与容量规划建设

8、参与代码评审、测试设计、CI/CD 优化，保证交付质量

9、指导中级工程师进行系统分析、性能调优与架构能力提升

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，7年以上Golang 开发经验

2、主导并优化高并发、高可用系统架构设计，具备在百万级请求、亿级数据规模下的性能调优与稳定性保障经验

3、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka、gRPC、Protobuf、OpenResty 等技术栈

4、熟练掌握微服务架构设计，熟悉注册中心、配置中心、负载均衡、熔断与限流机制

5、对性能调优有深入理解，能熟练使用 pprof、trace、benchmark 等工具

6、熟悉 RESTful / GraphQL / WebSocket / OpenAPI 等 API 设计标准

7、有较强的系统分析、问题定位和解决能力
