AI Automation Engineer designs and delivers intelligent automation and artificial intelligence solutions that enhance efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on building AI-enabled workflows and applications using modern large language model (LLM) platforms, cloud AI services, and automation technologies. The position works within an Enterprise Applications team and partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deploy secure, scalable, and well-governed AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 3-5+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or AI/ML solution delivery in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps. Working knowledge of AI and LLM platforms including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar services. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI workflow design. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and cloud AI infrastructure. Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience integrating AI APIs into enterprise applications and workflows. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, REST APIs, SQL, source control, and CI/CD practices. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
