Analytics Engineer, Member Experience

SQL skills with experience building analytics from raw datasets. Hands-on, ongoing experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or Base44 in a professional context or in substantial side or personal projects. Proven ability to identify root causes in member or customer feedback, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable improvements through data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation.
