San Francisco, CA (Remote) Full-time Individual contributor $300K OTE。Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed company operating in the Global Capability Center (GCC) space — helping global enterprises set up, build, and grow GCCs using a human + AI-driven platform-as-a-service model. Backed by a well-known institutional investor, this is a founding sales hire working directly with the CEO to build pipeline from zero and close early enterprise deals.
5–10 years of enterprise or mid-market sales experience as a quota-carrying IC;Proven hunter — you have built $3M+ pipeline with no SDR or inbound support;Recent BPO / outsourcing / sourcing-led sales experience (non-negotiable);Experience closing mid-to-large deals ($100K–$1M+) independently as the primary owner;Founder mindset: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, urgency-driven
Base salary: $150,000 (fixed) · Commission: $150,000 (performance-driven) · Total OTE: $300,000 · Equity included
