Work directly with our Fractional CMO and marketing team to execute client campaigns and initiatives. Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, webinars, and content. Manage day-to-day campaign operations and ensure deliverables are met on time. Coordinate with creative team and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Monitor campaign performance and make tactical optimizations. Set up and manage HubSpot accounts including workflows, automations, and integrations. Build and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms. Manage contact segmentation, list management, and database hygiene. Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance. Design and build conversion-optimized landing pages in HubSpot and other platforms. Implement A/B testing and analyze user experience to improve performance. Build email flows, campaigns, and automation in HubSpot and other CRM platforms with advanced segmentation and targeting. Support list growth and retention strategies while optimizing for deliverability, engagement, and conversions. A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance. Build and maintain content calendars, schedule content, and monitor engagement across platforms. Track performance metrics, identify top-performing content, and respond to comments/messages. Stay current on platform trends and best practices. Lead client calls, present work with clarity and enthusiasm, and build strong relationships through proactive communication and genuine connection. Gather feedback clearly, translate it into actionable tasks, and keep projects on time using Monday.com. Update Monday.com with meeting notes, tasks, and timelines while managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously. Communicate progress proactively and flag issues before they become problems. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page SEO best practices. Set up and manage Google Business Profiles, optimizing listings for local search visibility. Monitor and manage Google reviews, online reputation, and organic performance. Support content creation with SEO recommendations and competitive analysis. Create clean, on-brand graphics in Canva. Design email templates, social graphics, and ad creative. Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Plan and execute marketing for client webinars, trade shows, and conferences. Manage event logistics, registration pages, and promotional campaigns. Create post-event follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing sequences. Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure seamless execution. Track and report on KPIs across all marketing channels using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools. Compile performance data into clear, digestible reports that tell a compelling story. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Work with video editors to develop content, providing creative direction and brand guidelines. Review and approve video work to ensure it meets client needs and brand standards. Coordinate video projects from concept through delivery and maintain asset library. Monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, coordinating with specialists or agencies. Review performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and provide input on ad copy and creative direction. Report on ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics.
5+ years in marketing with hands-on execution experience. Agency and/or startup experience strongly preferred. Expert-level HubSpot experience (setup, workflows, automation, reporting). Uses AI thoughtfully and is proactive about learning how to use it more. Understanding of paid ad platforms and performance metrics (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn). Strong SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console). Experience with Google Business Profile setup, managing Google reviews and online reputation. Proficient in Canva and design tools. Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools. Working knowledge of WordPress and website management. Public relations experience is a plus.
