Staff Mobile Engineer

Mobile experience: Strong experience in mobile development, with a clear expertise in React Native (typically 5+ years). Technical excellence: Strong understanding of mobile architectures and performance tradeoffs, with experience building reliable, data-driven applications in production. Product-minded: Strong sensitivity to user experience, performance metrics, and real-world usage at scale. Problem solver: Comfortable working in complex, evolving codebases, with the patience and pragmatism to improve them incrementally. Mobile tooling & delivery: Experience with mobile CI/CD, release processes, testing, and platform-specific constraints (iOS & Android). Collaboration: Able to work effectively within a broader engineering team, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to turn product ideas into high-quality mobile experiences.
