You will join a modern product team building cloud-based government software that helps municipalities across the United States improve public services such as permitting, inspections, reporting, and citizen-facing workflows. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product design process, working closely with product and engineering teams in an AI-native development environment. You will not only design interfaces but also actively shape product direction through research, experimentation, and continuous iteration. The environment is highly collaborative and low on handoffs, meaning you will participate in the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will work in small, autonomous pods where design has strong product influence and ownership. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role where your work directly improves real government operations and user experiences.

3+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally with exposure to product management responsibilities. Strong ability to conduct and synthesize user research and customer interviews. Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments. Fluency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as Lovable, Claude, Make, or similar platforms. Proven ability to operate across the full product lifecycle, not just interface design. Strong product thinking focused on user outcomes and problem-solving rather than feature delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence stakeholders. Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements. Ability to run and support agile sprints and product discovery cycles.
