This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at The Haelli in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis through calls, wats app texts, and resolving product and order related queries on different social media platforms

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
