The Opportunity Join our APAC Data & AI Team, part of a wider APAC initiative focused on Data and AI in built environment. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and AI innovation—leading the development of scalable AI solutions that enhance building and infrastructure design, construction, and monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred). Minimum 4 years in Data or AI engineering. Minimum 1 year with Knowledge Graphs. Ability to design schema/ontology in knowledge graph and semantic data modeling. Ability to LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflow (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and multi-agent framework (i.e. AutoGen, AG2, etc) and MCP tooling. Proficiency in ML/AI/Data platforms: AWS (SageMaker, EC2), Azure AI, Databricks, Alibaba Cloud, Docker. Hands-on experience with machine learning models, MLOps, NLP, and predictive analytics. Programming languages: Python, .NET, C++/C#, SQL and Cypher. JavaScript/TypeScript (nice to have). Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team. Enthusiastic about innovation and continuous tech discovery.
