7年以上DevOps、DataOps或云数据工程经验。熟悉AWS数据服务：DMS用于数据库迁移/复制，Redshift用于数据仓库和性能调优，Glue用于ETL工作流，Athena用于S3上的查询优化。精通Apache Airflow用于管道编排。具备Terraform用于IaC（基础设施即代码）的熟练程度。脚本/自动化经验在Python和Bash。熟悉CI/CD知识（GitLab CI、GitHub Actions、Jenkins或ArgoCD）。熟悉Looker（模型最佳实践，确保数据交付到仪表板）。具备数据平台的监控和可观测性经验（Grafana、Prometheus、Datadog、ELK）。对AWS云安全、IAM和网络有扎实的理解。
