Our client Agay Barho is looking for a Operations Manager - Digital Marketing in REMOTE We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery across the agency. This role combines team leadership, workflow optimization, and hands on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and in alignment with company goals. This is a full time remote role working 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating cross functional teams, working closely with department leads, overseeing fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects, implementing and improving SOPs, leading team accountability, tracking project progress, supporting issue resolution, and driving operational efficiency. Requirements include 5+ years experience in operations management and project management, proven experience managing remote teams, strong understanding of workflows and SOP development, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred, proficiency in project tracking tools, and availability full time Monday to Friday.
