10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in digital marketing or demand generation. Experience in media (agency, publisher, brand, or platform), with understanding of media performance and measurement. Experience with CPG, General Merchandise, or Retail. Familiarity with Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform. BA or BS degree required; Masters preferred. Proven content writing skills and strong mastery of AI tools for marketing and content development. Strong project coordination, communication, design, creative, analytical, and process skills. Experience building and optimizing campaigns, nurture flows, and demand generation programs. Ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline performance and business outcomes. Self-starter with the ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision. Strong, goal-oriented team player, capable of managing cross-functional initiatives. Ability to think strategically and creatively, then execute with precision. Collaborative, curious, and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
