Requires 6+ years of professional software development experience with full stack software development in React, React Native, Node.js, Next.js, Postgres, AWS/GCP, REST APIs, Python. Must be comfortable building from 0 to 1, thriving in environments where solutions can be created from scratch, and have deep empathy for non-technical users.

Experience building complex front-end web and mobile applications; ideally with communication at their core (e.g., text, video, audio). 6+ years of experience in professional full stack software development in React, React Native, Node.js. Experience with Next.js, Postgres, AWS/GCP, REST APIs, Python. Experience working at both big tech (e.g., FAANG) and high-growth startups. Proven track record of building backend infrastructure and frontend experiences. Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
