计算机科学、信息技术、软件工程或相关领域的学士学位。
1-3年技术经验。
具备OpenStack和虚拟化技术的知识和经验。
能够诊断虚拟化层面（KVM、QEMU、Virtuozzo、VMware等）的问题。
具备Linux系统管理经验（ preferably Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora）。
熟悉Acronis或类似备份解决方案。
了解虚拟化环境中GPU的集成。
对TCP/IP、VLAN、路由和防火墙管理等网络概念有深入理解。
具备存储和虚拟化环境的基本知识。
熟悉监控和日志分析工具（例如Prometheus、Grafana、Zabbix）。
具备Ansible、Terraform等自动化工具的基础知识是加分项。
具备强大的分析思维、问题解决能力以及团队合作能力。
能够阅读和撰写英文技术文档。
