This is a builder's role. You'll design, ship, and maintain the bespoke applications the company runs internally, owning them end-to-end across the backend and frontend. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to turn product needs into working software, keeping documentation up to date as you go. What sets this project apart is how the team actually works: AI-assisted engineering with tools like Claude Code is core, not a side experiment. The day-to-day involves detailed prompting with proper context, challenging architecture before writing code, and running review and QA gates before anything ships.

5+ years building software as a full-stack or backend engineer. Backend proficiency in one of: Python, Go, PHP or Node.js. Frontend in TypeScript with React or Vue. Solid Docker practice: containerization, multi-stage builds, orchestration via Compose or Kubernetes. Comfortable with UI component libraries and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, DaisyUI or similar). Real, hands-on command of AI-assisted engineering with Claude Code: prompting with up-to-date markdown context, challenging architectural decisions before implementation, running review and QA before shipping, and saving and restoring context and reusable skills across tasks. Deep understanding of agentic code generation (this one matters). English at C1 or above.
