Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives across different time zones. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design impactful customer experiences and growth initiatives. Experience working in startup environments or fast-growing organizations with evolving processes is highly desirable. Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment using modern collaboration and productivity tools.
