The Account Executive – Voice AI will be responsible for driving net-new revenue focused on AI-powered patient communication and call automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare technology or pharmacy sales experience who understands the operational challenges pharmacies face around inbound calls, staffing shortages, refill coordination, patient engagement, and communication workflows. While this is primarily a Voice AI sales role, candidates with direct experience in a specialty Pharmacy operations and compliance are strongly preferred, given the complexity and high-touch nature of many patient communication workflows.
3+ years of healthcare technology, SaaS, pharmacy, or healthcare sales experience
Proven track record of quota attainment
Strong communication, discovery, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Direct experience with specialty pharmacy operations or selling into specialty pharmacy
Experience selling Voice AI, CCaaS, call center technology, workflow automation, or patient engagement solutions
Existing relationships within specialty pharmacy or broader healthcare ecosystems
Startup or high-growth company experience
