We are seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to support the evolution of Mitratech’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within our HR Solutions (HRS) division. This role requires a highly execution-oriented product manager who can operate across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration. You will work closely with two scrum teams, owning day-to-day product direction, removing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring consistent progress against roadmap priorities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid PM/PO role in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or product initiatives
Strong ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations
Experience applying AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics, or automation tools) to generate customer insights, improve product decisions, or increase team productivity
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions with limited guidance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
