Recruiting teams were leveling up how they did their work, but instead of software meeting this new standard, it held them back. Software that provides insights into where they’re failing and automates or simplifies many of the tasks they’re underwater with. We are looking for a Design Engineer who can design and build software. You will tackle our most challenging design problems and help others improve their designs by expanding and enhancing our in-house design system and consulting on bespoke work. You should have 3-5 years of experience in software design and development.

Our interview process is three rounds: 1) Introduction call with Hiring Manager, 2) Technical screen with pair programming, 3) Three non-coding interviews focusing on product thinking, technical design, and infrastructure. No leetcode or whiteboard exercises.
