高级系统可靠性工程师（Java）

Our client are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to champion production readiness, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and lead our DevOps transformation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product delivery and operations—shifting left to build proactive, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy & Automate: Own the lifecycle of services from design to deployment. Drive a "hyper-focus" on automating everything, including Git-based branch management and code promotion
• Monitor & Optimize: Maintain live service health by measuring availability, latency, and performance. Implement robust monitoring, capacity planning, and self-healing mechanisms
• Incident Response: Lead sustainable incident response, connect dots across the tech stack to optimize MTTR, and run blameless postmortem
• Collaborate & Mentor: Partner closely with developers to bridge operational gaps, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across global tech hub

Note: Requires rotational on-call duties and occasional off-hours work

Education: BS in Computer Science (or related technical field) or equivalent practical experience

Core Tech Stack: Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and WebServices (SOAP/REST)

Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, container management, and web/application server (Tomcat, JBoss, Apache) in a Linux environment

DevOps & Tools: Experience in Agile environments building CI/CD pipelines and writing complex SQL. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Pivotal is a major plus
