5年以上数据工程、数据基础设施或相关经验；熟悉Python或类似语言进行数据处理；熟悉SQL和分布式查询引擎（如Trino/Presto）；有Apache Spark或类似处理框架的经验；熟悉工作流编排工具（如Apache Airflow）；有AWS服务（如S3、Redshift、Glue、Athena）的经验；了解数据建模、数据仓库概念和模式设计；熟悉数据验证、质量检查和治理最佳实践；具备强大的分析思维，能够 troubleshooting 和优化数据系统；能够清晰地与技术及非技术利益相关者沟通。
