Senior Product Designer (Remote)

Senior Product Designers at Weedmaps are motivated team players with a deep understanding of user-centered design, and a passion for creating experiences people love. In your day-to-day, you will identify, evaluate, and improve critical user journeys – making quantitative and qualitative-informed design decisions. Weedmaps is a mobile-first and data-first company, where all projects and initiatives are backed by research, thoroughly tested, and designed for our native app users. You must be able to communicate the rationale for and approach for your design work in the form of verbal and written communication, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi comps, interactive prototypes, and proper documentation. As a Senior resource, you will be expected to come to understand the business’ needs and goals, and tightly align your work accordingly. At Weedmaps, you’ll have opportunities to work on industry-shaping products on both web and mobile apps.

5+ years of professional experience with end-to-end product design
A strong portfolio showcasing examples of human-centered designs, with clear indication of your specific contributions
Ability to lead or work independently on medium-to-large sized projects
Experience designing and conducting usability tests
Experience using analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions
Experience working with design systems
Meaningful experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS is a huge plus
