Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry；Expertise in Klaviyo and its features, including segmentation, automation, dynamic content blocks and reporting；A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and analytics；Creative flair with excellent written communication skills to craft compelling and on-brand email copy and basic design skills using Figma or Canva；Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies；Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and their integration with Klaviyo；Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously；Passion for furniture and home design is a plus
