Position: Software Engineer, micro Platforms Type: Full-time Compensation: $180K - $250K/yr Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end fullstack systems powering critical internal workflows and platform capabilities. Build clean, scalable backend services and APIs with clear contracts and ownership. Develop high-quality, performant frontend interfaces used by internal teams and stakeholders. Participate in data modeling and database performance optimization, including schema design and query tuning. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable systems. Improve platform reliability, observability, and developer experience across internal tooling. Requirements: Have strong relevant experience in building or contributing to production fullstack systems through internships, projects, or professional experience. Possess strong TypeScript fundamentals across frontend and/or backend development. Have familiarity with backend development using Node.js, with NestJS being a plus. Have experience building user interfaces with React or similar frameworks. Understand relational databases such as PostgreSQL and core data modeling principles.
