Own and drive the growth of Window Treatment Marketing Pros and Red Canoe Media through community building, content marketing, partnerships, events, lead generation, and marketing operations. This role requires a high degree of initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking. You will identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive execution with minimal direction. While you will collaborate closely with leadership, success in this role comes from proactively moving projects forward rather than waiting for assignments. This role focuses on growing the agency itself, not managing client marketing campaigns.

3+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, community management, partnerships, or related roles. Self-starter, able to turn ideas into actionable plans and drive execution. Pro-active communicator with good written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics.
