5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, with a strong record of building and maintaining production systems at scale. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience improving automation, reliability, and developer workflows, ideally using tools like ArgoCD or similar GitOps-based deployment systems. Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including best practices for observability, scalability, and resilience. Solid experience with cloud providers (preferably GCP) and a sound grasp of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code. Experience with parts of our stack: Bash, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Git. Experience with Datadog or Prometheus for monitoring and metrics. High levels of ownership and autonomy, you execute independently, make pragmatic decisions, and follow through with consistency and care. A genuine interest in mentoring others, sharing context, and raising the technical bar of the team through collaboration and knowledge transfer.
