You'll own the end-to-end design — from wireframes through a full, reusable design system — extending existing brand guidance into a polished digital product. On a lean team, you work independently and hand developers clean, build-ready designs. Accessibility isn't a final check here; it's a design principle from the very first wireframe.

2+ years UX/UI design for web, Strong Figma skills — component libraries, variants, and design tokens, Proven experience building a design system from the ground up, Accessibility-first design practice with hands-on WCAG 2.1 AA knowledge (contrast, focus, accessible forms), Responsive / mobile-first design and prototyping, Ability to own design independently and hand off cleanly to developers.
