5+ years of experience building Android applications with Kotlin, including strong knowledge of Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack libraries, and modern Android architecture. Strong technical leadership skills with experience driving architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering best practices. Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications. Passion for code quality, testing, production stability, and continuous improvement of engineering standards. Experience in AI-assisted development tools and the ability to drive AI adoption and innovation within the team.
