The Ecommerce Growth Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end growth strategy, driving acquisition, conversion, and retention across the customer journey. You'll identify the biggest growth opportunities, lead experimentation and CRO initiatives, and turn data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact.

A degree in marketing, business, or similar (preferred)
6+ years experience in ecommerce, growth, or performance/digital marketing
2+ years experience managing or mentoring a team (preferred) but we will also consider Sr Ecommerce Growth specialists who can develop into leading a team
Strong experience with CRO, analytics, and growth frameworks
Confidence working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, A/B testing tools
