Senior Product Designer

You'll own the design of player experience surfaces that directly impact conversion, using AI as your creative engine to ship thoughtful, high-performing designs faster than ever. You'll lead AI-powered design workflows using cutting-edge AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, v0) to generate concepts, explore variations, and build interactive prototypes rapidly. You'll design monetisation surfaces that convert, owning purchase flows, offer mechanics, onboarding, and loyalty features where great design directly translates to revenue. You'll create CRM-connected experiences with dynamic UI that supports personalised offers and targeted promotions, balancing commercial goals with player trust. You'll build rapid prototypes using Figma, Framer, and AI-generated code to validate concepts quickly and get feedback before engineering investment. You'll deliver production-ready specs with detailed, developer-ready designs including motion, micro-interactions, and multiple states. You'll collaborate across functions with Product Leads and CRM teams to ensure design actively shapes offer strategy.

Solid product design experience with a portfolio showing high-quality UI/UX across complex, multi-state flows, ideally in gaming, social casino, or consumer apps with in-app purchases. AI-native design fluency with hands-on professional experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, v0, Galileo AI) and examples of AI-assisted workflows. Expert Figma skills including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff at a professional level. Conversion-focused design experience having designed purchase flows, onboarding funnels, or promotional content where performance matters. Technical awareness to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes with basic front-end literacy for effective engineer collaboration. Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions clearly to commercial and product leadership in fast-paced environments.
