我们正在寻找一位才华横溢且注重执行的UX/UI设计师，加入一个刚刚成立的UX/UI卓越中心（COE），专注于为快速发展的家庭安全和智能科技生态系统提供直观、可扩展且以客户为中心的数字体验。该职位将与UX设计负责人紧密合作，负责跨营销、销售、服务和联络中心旅程的UX策略执行。您将负责将业务需求、产品目标、研究发现和UX方向转化为直观且有效的用户体验。您将创建用户流程、旅程地图、草图、交互模型和高保真设计，用于产品功能和增强功能。您将设计面向客户和内部支持代理的体验，确保与更广泛的UX标准和业务目标保持一致。此外，您还将参与AI增强的客户和代理体验设计，包括对话体验和聊天界面、AI辅助支持流程、个性化推荐和智能交互、代理辅助工具和指导流程。您将利用AI辅助设计和生产力工具加速构想、原型设计、内容生成、流程优化和研究整合。您将与UX领导和产品团队合作，确保AI体验保持直观、透明和以用户为中心。

2 - 5+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating: wireframes and interaction design, user-centered workflows, high-fidelity UI design, responsive/mobile experiences, feature-level product execution. Experience designing digital customer experiences in technology, SaaS, ecommerce, telecom, smart home, subscription, or consumer applications. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping, responsive and accessible design, design systems and reusable components. Proficiency with UX/UI tools including Figma, Miro, prototyping tools and collaborative design platforms. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and design tools for ideation, content generation, prototyping, and workflow acceleration. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
