Chinese PDF Annotation Specialist — Remote, Students Welcome

Vraify is recruiting Chinese PDF Annotation Specialists for a paid, remote, project-based opportunity.

This is a data annotation role, not a translation assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Review Chinese-language PDF pages, including scanned documents, forms, tables, multi-column layouts, and mixed Chinese-English content.

• Identify document content and layout elements.

• Draw accurate, tightly placed bounding boxes and apply the required labels.

• Follow written English instructions for document hierarchy, reading order, and quality standards.

• Correct OCR-related issues and perform careful quality review when required.

Work arrangement: Fully remote, flexible hours, project-based.

Compensation: USD $7–$15 per hour.

• Strong reading and writing ability in Simplified Chinese and/or Traditional Chinese.

• Sufficient English proficiency to understand written project instructions and quality guidelines.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow structured annotation rules.

• Reliable computer and internet access.

• Previous PDF annotation, OCR correction, data labeling, proofreading, or QA experience is helpful but not required.
