Senior Product Manager

Designed for U.S. franchisors and enterprise franchise brands, our platform integrates Franchise CRM, finance, marketing, training, and communication into one intelligent system. By centralizing operations within the Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 environment, we eliminate reliance on external SaaS providers, ensuring compliance, scalability, and full data sovereignty. With capabilities like AI automation, Power BI analytics, and Microsoft Teams collaboration, our software supports franchise growth and efficiency for networks ranging from emerging concepts to over 500 locations.

Strong skills in Product Management, roadmap development, and prioritization
Experience with Agile methodology, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Comprehensive understanding of franchise operations, workflows, and business processes
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and features
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Prior experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or franchise software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
