This is a full-time, remote role for a Communications Manager. The Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing communication strategies that align with Outform’s vision and values. Key responsibilities include overseeing internal and external communications, crafting engaging content, managing brand messaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. They will play a vital role in positioning Outform as a thought leader in the retail innovation space.

Strong skills in Written and Verbal Communication, Storytelling, and Content Creation
Experience with Communication Strategy, Public Relations, and Strategic Messaging
Knowledge of Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Community Engagement
Proficiency in Team Collaboration and Project Management tools
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform and optimize communication strategies
Experience in brand management and working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Experience in the retail, design innovation, or technology industry is a plus
