We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability practices. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, enabling secure, scalable, and highly reliable software delivery. This position is full-time, remote, and based in the Philippines, employed under Philippine labor laws as part of our Philippine subsidiary supporting a US-based parent company.

At least five (5) years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role. Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Strong experience with AWS (Azure experience is a plus). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and full-stack application deployments. Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows. Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Datadog. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with RunDeck or similar automation platforms. Experience using AI-enabled automation or insights to improve DORA metrics. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
