3–5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating bold, high-performing creative across digital, social, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Figma or Canva. Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling. Experience building and working within brand systems. Strong proficiency with AI tools (or a demonstrated ability to quickly adopt them) to enhance design workflows and output.
