我们需要一位资深的UI/UX设计师，负责关键产品界面的端到端设计，从发现流程到高保真UI。需要与产品经理和工程师紧密合作，交付世界级体验。职责包括： owns product design from concept to execution across web platforms; translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences; create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma; maintain and evolve our design system; collaborate closely with product and engineering teams; conduct usability testing; advocate for the user; ensure designs are accessible, performant, and aligned with brand identity.

4年以上在Web产品上的UI/UX或产品设计经验。深入掌握Figma（组件、自动布局、原型设计、设计系统）。强有力的portfolio展示完整产品思维。对UX原则、交互设计和视觉层次有深刻理解。有复杂SaaS或B2B产品设计经验。能够与PM和工程师跨职能协作。对细节有高度关注，对像素级执行有热情。能适应快速变化的初创环境。
