The Product Manager - Commerce Engine is responsible for owning a defined area of the Commerce Engine platform, driving both product discovery and delivery. This role goes beyond execution to ensure the right problems are being solved — working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver high-impact outcomes.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is highly preferred. 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner with strong discovery responsibilities) in Agile SaaS environments. Experience working within multi-team or scaled Agile delivery models. Experience delivering integration-heavy, API-driven platforms. Background in enterprise software or complex workflow-based systems. Experience supporting live production platforms with high reliability standards. Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Experience with product discovery (customer interviews, problem validation, hypothesis testing). Excellent prioritization and decision-making capabilities. Strong backlog management and requirements definition. Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
