5-7 years of product design experience. Strong judgment in design evaluation. Systems thinking applied to user interfaces. Experience designing for AI behavior. Ability to execute rapidly without over-processing. Comfort in coding and directly adjusting UI. Cognitive empathy to understand user perceptions. Portfolio demonstrating both execution quality and visionary thinking.
