This position is needed to help Twilio develop and deliver new capabilities in the Twilio Console platform. You will be a member of a SCRUM team which designs, implements, owns and operates new features in the Twilio Console. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence roadmap priorities, propose innovative solutions that will enable Twilio to achieve its goal of being the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience. 2+ years of hands-on development experience developing and operating Web applications using modern javascript technologies, preferably React, NodeJS and Typescript. 2+ years of experience working with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Dropwizard. Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL. Strong Computer Science fundamentals not limited to data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Knowledge of modern automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Champion of good engineering habits: development and test techniques, security, automation. Experience in triaging and solving production issues. Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies. Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Good team player and ability to communicate well in a remote work environment. Demonstrated proficiency working with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc).
