4+ years of commercial experience with Python; Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures; Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar); Experience designing scalable backend systems; Good written English (for documentation and communication); Native Ukrainian (spoken and written); Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.); Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Experience working with high-load or distributed systems
