Senior Power BI Developer – Azure, Fabric, Databricks & Qlik Migration

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Azure real-time streaming, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and experience in migrating BI solutions from Qlik to Power BI. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable BI solutions, lead migration projects, and implement real-time analytics pipelines for enterprise decision-making.

Power BI: Advanced skills in report/dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and semantic modelling. Qlik to Power BI Migration: Hands-on experience migrating QlikView or Qlik Sense dashboards and data models to Power BI. Azure Real-Time Streaming: Hands-on experience with Azure Event Hubs and Azure Stream Analytics, building real-time ingestion pipelines. Microsoft Fabric: Knowledge of Fabric Data Engineering, Real-Time Hub, and OneLake integration. Databricks: Experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, and data lakehouse architecture. ETL/ELT Pipelines: Strong experience in Azure Data Factory, Fabric Pipelines, and notebook orchestration. Data Governance: Understanding of data security, lineage, and cataloguing (e.g., Purview). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
