Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner. Proven success in defining and launching high-impact products. Strong authoring and communication skills with the ability to clearly document and present customer needs. Ability to perform customer interviews and build market empathy. Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend assessments. Solid understanding of agile product development processes. Strong collaboration, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority. Excellent teamwork and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly analytical and creative business-focused problem solver.
