Senior Product Designer – Enterprise UX

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Enterprise UX to lead design for complex enterprise features, shape product direction through deep collaboration, and create and refine UX deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise SaaS environments, with expertise in UX processes, interaction design, and end-to-end design workflows. They should demonstrate strong portfolio showcasing ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including experience with AI features within these tools, is required. Deep experience with design systems and strong communication and storytelling skills are also essential.

5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments. Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows. Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions. Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including experience with AI features within these tools. Deep experience with design systems. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., React or web components).
