Senior Product Designer - Finance and Reporting

In this role, you will lead the design of advanced financial reporting experiences within a fast-scaling, AI-powered SaaS platform for the vacation rental industry. You will transform complex financial and operational data into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences that empower property managers worldwide. Working at the intersection of product design, data visualization, and financial workflows, you will shape how users understand and act on critical business insights. You will own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery, with a strong focus on usability and clarity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help define product direction and elevate design maturity across the organization. Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy product environments. Strong expertise in designing dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization interfaces. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and iterative design methodologies. Ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into simple, elegant user experiences. Experience working across the full design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer-facing functions. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent). Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems at scale. Strong communication and facilitation skills, including workshop leadership and stakeholder alignment. A systems-thinking mindset with attention to detail and product consistency.
