5-7+ years of hands-on digital marketing campaign experience with a major international company or agency working with global brands
Strong strategic thinking and planning in digital marketing
Strong experience and knowledge in specific brand launches and campaign planning
Strong experience managing multi-country/global campaigns
Good knowledge of paid media management (Google Ads, Meta)
Extensive experience and knowledge in CRM and Marketing automation (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud or other)
Strong background in creating brand and content experiences
Advanced knowledge of digital personalization, A/B testing, and lead management
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in KPI setting, measurement, and campaign optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
