We are looking to add a National Account Manager to our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cider, enjoys fermentations, is positive, highly motivated, and has the drive to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding industry! The National Account Manager focuses on delivering sales, distribution, and merchandising goals through the building of partnerships with national and regional chain retailers. This role builds brand awareness and accelerates growth by increasing distribution, visibility, and execution of Schilling Cider products in high-profile retail environments. This position is based in the Seattle/Tacoma Metro area.
3+ years' experience selling alcoholic beverages to off-premise chain accounts. Experience in understanding and applying insights garnered from Circana and/or Nielsen and VIP reporting systems. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and set priorities. Strong written and oral communication, including ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations. Demonstrate resourcefulness in getting things accomplished and solving problems with a sense of urgency. Conduct daily business in an autonomous fashion while maintaining a good "business sense" regarding time constraints, financial guidelines, and company culture. Networking ability (supplier, wholesaler, and retailer). Strong computer skills a must, including demonstrated experience with MS Office suite of applications. Ability to travel frequently (approximately upwards of 50% of the time). Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with collogues and external partners. Lead by example and take initiative; be outgoing and approachable. Be self-driven and self-motivated. Work independently and as part of the team. Be an energetic, organized, and motivated problem solver. Exemplify the company's values while representing our brands. Ask for help when needed.
Starting salary of $100k - $125k annually, + bonus OTE, depending on experience and qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plan with employer match.
